from thyroids, high blood pressure, diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, neuropathy, and depression to anxiety and lupus.I had to make a life-changing choice. It was time to decide whether I wanted to live or die. Once I decided (and understood) what wanting to live truly meant, I enrolled in school and became certified as a Vegan & Vegetarian Nutritionist and took up an herbal course.
At 320 pounds, after taking numerous medications, I released the weight and the meds. Eventually, I lost 100 pounds naturally, and was finally medication free.
